All I can say is AMAZING! Steve O. and his team was ABSOLUTELY great! From the time I came in to the time I came and picked up my Baby. This was my Second Opinion and from now on will be my first! The first place I went to in st Matt’s said I needed a new alternator and Steve and his team gave me the real run down and even went the extra mile to fix a small issue I had all in 4 hrs!!
We have a black 1985 Rolls Royce that was damaged by a hit and run driver. We approached several body shops before a friend recommended Louisville Collision Center. When we took the car out there for an estimate, the owner himself looked at it and his comment that won me over was “ if it were my car, I’d repair it like this…”. We picked up the car and the repair met my expectations and I had extremely high expectations. So, if you want your body / paint repair done right, Louisville Collision Center is your place.
My car looked perfect when the work was complete. All staff members were courteous. They have very good customer service. Steve Stuber, my estimator was very nice and responsive to my concerns. Overall, I had a positive experience and would highly recommend this company.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Can’t thank the team at Louisville Collision center enough! I had an urgent issue with my sunroof that needed immediate attention. The team at Louisville Collision Center was incredibly responsive and got it fixed within 30 minutes on short notice. Their efficiency and professionalism are top-notch. Highly recommended, and I’ve been to so many other spots with no where near the same results or customer service. This is the only place I’ll send friends and family with car issues!
Louisville Collision Center completed a fairly large body damage job that totally exceeded my expectations! My vehicle looks like new again and they went above and beyond what was needed and were fantastic on keeping me updated on the progression and even asked to keep my vehicle a day longer to make sure it was collaborated correctly. Hopefully I never have to use them again but if I do I'll definitely be there again!
